Should you wish to use our pickup service, rest assured that it is very unlikely for the items lost during transit to happen, and we've never encountered such an incident before as we don't engage with any third-party logistics. All pickups and returns are done by our internal staff.
In the very unlikely event that the item is lost during transit, we will make sure that fair compensation is being paid to you.
Kindly be reminded, upon pick up, do ask for the official pick-up receipt from the driver and not leave your apparel items outside to be picked up.
