How do I schedule a Swap or Return? Print

To receive your new bag and make a return at the same time, schedule a swap via the app. Simply select the item(s) you would like to rent next, go to "My Box" and select "Schedule a swap"

If you would like to make a return without receiving a new bag (e.g. when you are arranging to cancel or pause your subscription), schedule a return via app by going to "My box" and selecting "Return my box"
