Yes, once we have physically assessed your bag, we will send you a Contract Agreement via email which you will be required to sign electronically to acknowledge that you agree and accept our Terms and Conditions.
The Contract Agreement will include your Custom Quote which details the eligibility of your Bag for the Rental Consignment program, as well as the rental payout amount, which is the amount you will be paid if your bag is rented for an entire month.
The Custom Quote will also include the bag's valuation, which represents the maximum amount your bag will be insured up to in the event of loss or irreparable damage.
You are free to indicate on the Contract Agreement if you wish to accept or reject the proposal. If the quote is not within your expectations, or if you do not wish to proceed with the consignment, we will send your bag back to you at no cost!
