What happens if my bag is damaged or lost during the Consignment period?

Each bag signed under our Consignment Program will be assessed and provided with a custom valuation quote which is detailed in the contract agreement. This is similar to an insurance amount that ensures you will be fairly compensated in the event of loss or irreparable damage. If the bag is damaged but can be repaired, we will send it for repair at no cost to you.
