> If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, kindly do reach out to us through the intercom chat within 7 days from the date the item has been delivered to you, and we will arrange for a free return pick-up!
Once the item is received in the warehouse, our team will take 2-3 working days to authenticate and inspect the item’s condition. Upon satisfactory checks, we will process the refund to you in full within 30 days. Returns will only be accepted if its RFID tag and/or any other attached tags are still intact.
Please note that shipping fees will not be refundable.
