Each consigned bag will be quoted with a custom valuation upon physical inspection. This is similar to an insurance amount and ensures that you'll be compensated fairly in the event that your bag is lost or irreparably damaged while it's out for rent. If the bag can be repaired, we'll send it for repair at the cost of the subscriber responsible for the damage and at no cost to you.
