How do subscriptions and plans work? 

 

Our Style Theory Bags rental subscription is a monthly membership plan that offers you access to a wide and growing collection of designer bags to rent.


With over 2,000+ designer bags in our Infinite Wardrobe, there are hundreds of styles that you can choose from, depending on your membership plan.


As of 14 Jul 2021, we offer 2 membership plans:


  • Core Plan (S$99/mth)

    • Rent one bag a month

    • Free Access to rent from our Pro collection 

    • Require top-up fees to rent from our Premium collection

  • Pro Plan ($129/mth)

    • Rent two bags a month

    • Free Access to rent from our Pro collection 

    • Require Pro plan-exclusive top-up fees to rent from our Premium collection


All of our membership plans also include the following:

  • Ability to upgrade for additional bag swaps every month

  • Worry-free rentals as cleaning and maintenance are all handled by us!

  • Access to over 2,000+ designer bags with new arrivals weekly

  • Free delivery and returns, and get your first bag in 2 days!

  • No commitment necessary, pause or cancel any time

  • Option to purchase bags that you've rented and love at a member's only price

  • Early access to exclusive community events, sales, launches, and more!


To receive extra bag swaps per month, you can choose to purchase at $35/bag swap by chatting with us.

You may rent the same bag for a maximum of 2 months.

I want to upgrade to the Pro ($129/mth) membership plan or switch to the Core ($99/mth) membership plan, how do I proceed?

 

Super easy! You can do this directly within the app by going to your Profile tab, tap on Subscription Details, and tap on Manage for the plan you want to change. You should see a button to Change Plan and then you'll be able to select the plan you want to switch to.

 

Note that depending on the plan you want to switch to and your billing cycle, there may be prorated charges.

What kind of payment method do you accept? Am I able to receive a refund if I want to unsubscribe? 

We accept credit cards as a payment method. 

Subscriptions are prepaid so in the event you decide to unsubscribe after payment, you will not be able to receive a refund for that month but you will be able to unsubscribe from the service at any point in time. The subscription payment will automatically recur every month, with your card on profile charged on your monthly billing date.

Why do I need to verify my identity? 

 

Your NRIC identification / Mobile phone/password verification is required to prevent fraud and keep the Style Theory Bags community safe. It also adds an extra layer of security when we verify your ID before we deliver your designer bag order. It may take 2 working days for an ID verification check.

 

We are committed to being the most trusted platform and will not disclose your personally identifiable information to any person or company except where you have given us permission to do so or if the law requires it.
