What are the delivery and return methods? 


We provide Door-to-Door deliveries and returns free of charge. All you have to do is just select the delivery date and time of your choice via the app.

Alternatively, you could choose to collect and/or return your bags at any one of our locations by selecting them via the app:

WOW logistics
2nd working day delivery. Choose between two timeslots: 10AM - 6PM or 6PM - 10PM!

POPStation Collection
2nd working day delivery, delivery anytime from 9AM to 8PM. Collect at your convenience within 5 days after the SMS or email notification has been sent to you from SingPost

Self Collection 
@ Style Theory Office (Pasir Panjang Rd)
Next business day collection, 5PM to 6:30PM only. Office address: Interlocal Centre, 100G Pasir Panjang Rd, #06-17 (Lobby 2), Singapore 118523.

@ Style Theory Capsule (WeWork City House)
Next business day collection, 4PM to 7PM only. We're at WeWork City House, Level 2, 36 Robinson Rd, Singapore 068877. Our friendly staff will be on hand to assist you!

Kindly note that our partner couriers do not operate on Sundays. Additionally, POPStation only delivers from Mondays to Fridays!

When will I be notified of delivery confirmation?   


A completion sms/email notification will be sent to you immediately upon successful/failed delivery.

Please reach out to our customer service within 2 hours if there are any queries or issues with it.

How do I identify a Style Theory driver? 


All door-to-door logistics for your bag subscription is carried out by our in-house courier partners. They can be identified in our Style Theory uniform and lanyard!

How do I schedule a return?

It's really easy! When you're ready to swap for your next bag, schedule a return on our app and we'll pick up your box. Once we receive your box, you'll be prompted via the app to choose your next bag. You are entitled to choose 2 bags a month!

How long does it take till I can rent my next bag? 

After the bag is picked up from you, it will take one working day for our team to evaluate whether the bag is in good conditions before we let you select the next bag.

If you want faster turnaround times, you can choose to return the bag at any of our physical locations. Then you can select your next bag immediately!
