We'd hate to see you leave, but you can cancel your subscription anytime by chatting with us in-app. 

Please chat in at least 1 week before your cycle ends, so that we have ample time to attend to the cancellation and help ensure the rented box is back at our warehouse before the end of your subscription. Kindly note that the minimum subscription term is 1 month, with no pro-rated refund for unused periods of any month. A paused subscription will not qualify for cancellation. Cancellation can only occur for an active subscription.

To check your billing cycle, head into Payment History from the Profile screen.
