1. Why is there a waitlist? I'd like to join now!

A waitlist helps us to ensure that there is a wide assortment of bags for every subscriber we on-board to our service. We are currently working hard to build a product that you'll love so subscribe to our emails and push notifications for the latest updates via your email inbox or app!

2. What happens when I'm off the waitlist?
When you're off the waitlist, you'll get a unique join code via email and SMS for you to input into our Style Theory app to subscribe. This join code is unique only to you and for a limited time only so don't wait to subscribe to become a Member!

Before you receive your join code, make sure you have our Style Theory App downloaded so you're ready to subscribe when you're off our waitlist. We'll make sure the wait is worth it!


3. What kind of payment method do we accept?
We accept credit card payments.


4. What do Core, Pro, and Premium bags mean?
We offer 3 types of bag collections that you can rent from:

Core Bags: An essential collection of everyday styles to complete your daily looks, from brands like 3.1 Phillip Lim, Burberry, Miu Miu, Prada, Salvatore Ferragamo, Valentino, and more.

Pro Bags: A more diverse collection of experimental and trending styles, from brands like Celine, Chloe, Givenchy, Fendi, Loewe, Off-White, Saint Laurent, and more.

Premium Bags: Exclusive collection of luxurious, iconic styles, from brands like Celine, Chanel, Dior, Hermes, Loewe, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Saint Laurent, and more.

Depending on your membership plan, there are a selection of designer bags that are available to you at no extra charges. You can always rent bags from all collections, but you may be charged with a monthly top-up fee based on your membership plan. Each additional charge allows you to keep that bag for 30 days and will automatically renew for every 30-day period should you decide to continue to keep the bag (maximum of 2 months). You'll be charged this top-up fee:

  • After you schedule a delivery for your bag, and
  • Every consecutive month until you return your bag

After you submit your order for a bag that has a top-up fee, our team will contact you to manually request your payment. We will not charge you anything without your knowledge and consent.
