Step 1: Place tote bag into the box and place box into the polymailer provided and seal the polymailer

Step 2: Click on "My Box" page to schedule a return in our app with the return slip provided in the box, the barcode number should look like this: RNSTYxxxxxxxx. This number can be found on the white  return label included in your box delivery. (Do write in if you are not able to find it)

Step 3: For tracking purposes, attach the Singapore Post return label to your parcel before dropping off the box at the POPstation locker of your convenience.

Step 4: Head down to your chosen POPStation based on the location of your convenience with your phone and sealed box:

  1. Select "Return My Parcel"
  2. Scan the barcode
  3. Enter you mobile number (for PIN)
  4. Key in the PIN sent to your mobile phone
  5. Select Medium locker size
  6. Confirm drop-off with an SMS receipt

Kindly note that POPstation locker returns are different from Singapore Post Office returns, kindly do not post your parcel back to the Post Office as it takes up to 10 working days to return via Singpost Post Office returns and there is no tracking service provided.
