We'd hate to see you leave, but you can cancel your subscription anytime by chatting with us in-app. 

Step 1: Chat with us!

Open App > Help > Chat With Us and request to cancel. Chat with us 3 working days before your next billing date to avoid additional charges.

Step 2: Schedule a return

Open App > My Box > Schedule a return. Ensure that your final box is picked up or dropped off 3 working days before the end of your billing cycle (excluding Sun & PH).

Step 3: Confirmation

Cancellations take effect on the next billing date upon successful box return. Once your subscription has been terminated, we will send you a confirmation message.

Note: Please do not pause your subscription unless you intend to continue using your subscription in the near future. If you are already on pause, do reach out to us for the earliest eligible date to terminate.
